Police Man Stop By Dog Of Suspect He Came To Arest

A video of a police man who came to arrest suspect,hanging on a high fences,have surface on the social, media.

The police came to arrest the suspect, however the gate was lock,so he climb, to jump over to complete his duty, but what happen,was beyond a drama.

The suspect already released,his dog and the dog was just waiting, for the police officer to jump, and then pounds on him,so he try going to the end of the fence,

But the dog will follow him from ground, so he try walking back, the dog also did,so the police officer became frustrated, and was just looking for a way to do his duty, but the dog won’t allow him.

And the dog was barking serious, and to worsen things, the owner,who is the suspect, refuse to come out.

Some persons opines that, they open the gate,for them to be arrested, while others, said, that the police should kill the dog,and this is going the height of it.

Nevertheless, what we need in Africa for the police to give their full service, is good welfare and moral support, they should be more equipped, and sent for more training.

Their salary should be increase, and proper materials and good welfare should be consistent, their patrol vehicles, should be brand new ones.

The system should undergo, proper reformation, of the police schools, with better lecturers ,from all areas of studies, should be sent there.

And modern security gadgets should be provided, especially CCTV cameras, with a standby officers in the street of towns and villages.

With a reasonable salaries, and allowances of extra duties,carried out on special operations, or overtime walking hours, should be made available as at when due.

And trainings on human relations, psychological and with special medical cares,that can make emergency treatment, including emergency vehicles, and police lawyers.

I think if our institutions, can provide this, it help us to avert such embarrassment, and others, which have really drag this force to the mud.
